Flexible Teaching Schedule:

• Teach 24/7 with full scheduling flexibility.
• Minimum commitment of 5 fixed Peak Hours per week.

Peak Hours (GMT+8):

• Mon - Fri: 19:30–20:15 / 20:30–21:15
• Sat - Sun: 08:30–09:15 / 09:30–10:15 / 10:30–11:15 / 19:30–20:15 / 20:30–21:15

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging online English lessons to learners aged 4+ through adult level.
• Use world-class materials from National Geographic, Oxford, Cambridge, and Barron's, with no material preparation required.
• Help students prepare for major exams including TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, GEPT, CAP, and GSAT.
• Provide brief, constructive feedback to track progress and keep students motivated.

Who We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• CEFR C1+ English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of ESL teaching experience.
• TESOL/TEFL/TESL qualification or a degree in Education.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to engage learners online.
• Passionate, energetic, and student-centered teaching style.

Preferred (Fast-Track to Premium Courses):

• CEFR C2 English proficiency.
• CELTA or DELTA certification.
• Experience teaching premium or exam-focused courses.

Earning Potential

• Starting rate: Set after your 1-on-1 interview.
• Top teacher rate: Up to USD 15 per session.
• Fastest path to USD 33 per session: High-performing teachers may qualify for premium course assignments.
