About Us
Think&Grow Education is an academic English research and teaching organization based in Beijing. Our mission is to prepare Chinese K–12 students for success in international schools and universities through a progressive, interactive, and globally focused curriculum. This includes English Language Arts (aligned with Common Core State Standards), Intensive Reading & Writing, and Advanced Humanities courses.
We are a mid-sized, growing company with three campuses in Beijing. Our faculty and staff come from diverse backgrounds, including Canada, China, the UK, and the US. Working at Think&Grow is both professionally and financially rewarding, as we strive together to become the leading training school in Beijing—and across China.
Think&Grow educators embody our core values, balancing academic excellence with practical learning objectives. We collaborate closely, practice inquiry-based teaching, and engage in reflective pedagogy. We seek passionate educators who are committed to broadening Chinese students’ horizons and enhancing their critical thinking skills.
Our Curriculum
- English Language Arts — Similar to U.S. English classes (aligned with Common Core State Standards). This course strengthens students’ academic reading and writing skills through critical thinking, inference-making, and evidence-based analysis.
- Intensive Reading & Writing — Through close reading of original novels and theme-based writing, we develop students’ literacy, cultural awareness, and critical thinking. This also prepares them for future A-Level/IB programs and standardized tests such as TOEFL/SAT.
