About this position
English Pioneer is an Australian-registered education business focusing exclusively on online English language teaching. We are growing our team and are looking for qualified native English-speaking teachers to teach international students.
Nationality & Language Requirement (Important)

Students & Courses
Teachers will instruct both children and adults, including:
- Young learners (ages 5–10)
- Teenagers and adults
Courses include:
- General English (Oxford University Press curriculum)
- IELTS preparation (Cambridge University materials)
- TOEFL preparation
- English programs for children
- Business English
- University Preparation courses
Teachers may specialise in:
- Teaching children
- Teaching adults
- Or both (preferred)
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Linguistics, or Education is preferred.
- University students currently studying toward a relevant degree are welcome to apply.
- CELTA certificate is required.
- Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills are essential.
Experience
- Teaching experience is preferred.
- New teachers and newly qualified candidates are welcome.
Teaching Hours
- Teaching hours are flexible and open.
- Teachers may teach at any available time.
- Peak teaching hours are usually between:
- 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm Saudi Arabia time (GMT+3)
- Applicants should ensure these hours reasonably align with their local time zone.
Salary
- USD $15 per hour (starting rate).
- Pay is reviewed over time, with the intention of increasing based on performance, availability, and commitment.
About the Role
- Online English language instruction.
- One-to-one and small-group classes.
- Students primarily based in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
- All lessons are conducted online.
