Position Details:

• Rate: $14/hour
• Estimated monthly income: $1,232-$1,400 USD
• Guaranteed hours: 88-100 hours per month
• Materials provided: No lesson planning, just prepare and teach
• One-on-one classes: 25-minute focused sessions
• Students: Chinese learners aged 6-15, A1/A2 level
• Work from home
• Flexible schedule options (Mexico Time Zone):

• Weekdays: 5:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Beijing 18:00-21:00)
• Weekends: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM (Beijing 09:00-12:00 or 14:00-18:00)

Choose your schedule:

• Option 1: 4 weekdays + both weekends = 100.8 hours per month
• Option 2: Monday to Friday + Saturday (Sunday off) = 88.2 hours per month
• Option 3: Monday to Friday + Sunday (Saturday off) = 88.2 hours per month

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 120-hour TEFL certificate or equivalent
• 2+ years of teaching experience
• Only applicants from the US will be considered
• WeChat experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Good time management and reliability
• Fun and energetic personality

Tech Requirements:

• Computer: Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0GHz+ (4 CPUs), 8GB+ RAM
• Internet: 20+ Mbps upload/download with cable connection
• Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
• Backup power: UPS with 4-5 hour capacity (if in regions with power interruptions)
• Environment: Quiet, well-lit teaching space
