Online Contract ESL Teacher

Most of our students are adult learners; however, the teacher must also be prepared to teach teen learners.

Role Description

This is a contract-based remote position for an ESL Teacher. The ESL Teacher will be responsible for conducting virtual lessons and providing guidance to help students improve their English proficiency. The role focuses on creating an interactive and supportive learning experience for students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. Lessons take place during evenings (16:00-22:00) in Central European Standard Time, and teacher availability must match this schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and authorized to work in the USA
• Strong skills in English teaching, Teaching English as a Foreign Language, and C1 certificate preparation
• Native-speaker-level English
• Proficiency in developing effective lesson plans tailored to individual or group needs
• Experience or training in teaching methods, including immersive and student-focused educational techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create an engaging online learning environment
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is highly desirable
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
