NES Homeroom Teacher in English Program
About this position
The Demonstration School of Silpakorn University, located in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand, is seeking Native English Speakers for full-time Homeroom Teacher positions in its English Program.
These positions are for teaching English and Mathematics to Grades 4, 5, or 6, as well as Kindergarten 1 for students aged 3–4 years. Positions are based in the Elementary Department, with start dates in late July or early August 2026, depending on the role.
The monthly salary for the upper primary positions is 50,000 THB, while the Kindergarten role offers 45,000 THB per month. Both roles are full-time with a maximum teaching load of 18 hours per week and begin with a one-year contract that may be renewed based on performance.
Qualifications
- Native English Speaker
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- An education-related qualification is advantageous
- Good understanding of child development and elementary education
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in the workplace
- One to three years of teaching experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Teach English, Mathematics, and STEAM subjects for up to 18 hours per week
- Supervise students during homeroom and break times
- Support students' academic and personal growth
- Monitor student progress
- Prepare course outlines
- Maintain lesson reflections
- Participate in staff meetings
