Overview

Modulo Language School is seeking a full-time native French-speaking teacher who is available to teach evenings and weekends. This role involves teaching an average of 5 hours per day to maintain a balanced daily schedule.

As a qualified French teacher, you will teach a mix of adult learners (70%+), children, and teenagers of all levels. At Modulo Language School, we offer a wide range of courses, including general French, business French, academic tests (DELF, etc.), phonics, and many more. Most of our lessons are private, with a maximum of 8 students in small groups. We also work with corporations, and these classes can sometimes be larger.

Benefits

• 410 baht per 50-minute private lesson (Monday to Friday), with a 15% increase on Saturdays and 10% on Sundays
• Small group classes pay up to 600 baht per lesson
• The rate increases to 430 baht per lesson for teachers on their second contract
• Limited paid leave for all full-time teachers
• Up to 34 days of unpaid leave for holidays and vacations
• Coaching and training are provided and fully paid for
• Four schools conveniently located on Bangkok's BTS and MRT systems: Siam Paragon, Central World, Central Rama IX, and Icon Siam
• Visas and work permits are organized for all employees, and the company covers the cost of the work permit
• Yearly raises, internal promotions, huge course discounts, and more
• One-year contracts for 5-day or 6-day weeks, allowing teachers to choose how much they want to work
• Quarterly team-building events, such as river cruises, charitable work, and meals at top hotels and restaurants

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree
• Hold a teaching French as a foreign language certificate
• Currently reside in Thailand, or be willing to relocate
• Be available on evenings and weekends
• Be a native French speaker from France
• Be willing to make a one-year commitment
