Responsibilities
- Teach engaging, high-quality English lessons to learners in both in-person and online settings.
- Use digital tools and interactive learning platforms to enhance student engagement.
- Guide and support learners in their journey to fluency, ensuring their progress and motivation.
- Actively participate in promotional events, showcasing the benefits of WSE’s membership programs through tailored presentations and interactive activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent teaching skills and the ability to engage students with dynamic, interactive lessons.
- A recognized ESL teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, etc.).
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or Teaching, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Experience working or living in Indonesia is a huge advantage.
- A clear and neutral English accent with strong pronunciation and communication clarity.
- Comfort using online teaching tools and adapting to hybrid learning methods.
- Willingness to work with different teams and contribute beyond classroom teaching.
- Willingness to relocate to Indonesia and commit long-term to shaping students' futures.
