About the Role
Join a global team of teachers to provide high-quality English instruction to young Taiwanese learners. With the support of a head teacher and area manager, and working closely with administrative staff, you will use our proprietary curriculum to plan and teach fun and comprehensive English lessons that center your students, guiding them through all aspects of the English language and encouraging them to use it freely and naturally. You will grade homework and assessments, communicate progress to parents through written reports, and collaborate with colleagues to organize extracurricular events.

Experience and Qualifications
To meet Taiwanese government requirements for legal work authorization, you must hold a passport from a country where English is an official language and have a bachelor’s degree or higher from an approved institution (holders of a US associate’s degree and a TEFL certificate may also qualify). You must also pass a national-level criminal background check.
It is not necessary to hold a teaching certification or have prior teaching experience, though both can be helpful. Ideal candidates are interested in working with children, able to adapt to living in a new country, empathetic, and flexible.
