Native English Teacher - Rangsit

Come teach at a fun and professional language center just north of Bangkok in Rangsit. We are seeking an energetic teacher to join our team and work with our kid classes.

About Us

AEP Institute is a small, fun, and professional language tutorial school located in the Rangsit Klong 3 area. We offer full training for incoming staff, small class sizes, an already prepared curriculum, and a supportive work environment with western management. The location is close enough to Bangkok for easy travel but far enough from the city center to offer reduced rents for houses and apartments. You will work with a small, dedicated team where your input matters.

Position Details

• Employment: Full-time
• Pay: 60,000+ baht/month
• Annual bonus: 50,000 baht after completing a one-year contract
• Also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on company performance
• Leave: 10 days off per year after passing a 3-month probation, plus Thai holidays
• Visa and work permit provided and paid for by the company
• Workweek: 5 working days per week (may include weekends)
• Contact hours: Up to 5 on weekdays and up to 7 on weekends
• No homework or grading required to be done at home

Responsibilities

• Hold fun and engaging classes using the provided materials and curriculum
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and staff on students’ progress when required
• Create a happy, relaxed, and safe environment to encourage participation
• Teach a mix of levels: kindergarten, primary-aged students, high school, and adults

Qualifications

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree
• CELTA or equivalent
