About this position
AEP Institute, located in Pathum Thani, is seeking a Native English Speaker to join our team as an English Teacher. Our language tutorial school in the Rangsit Klong 3 area provides a professional yet enjoyable working environment, with comprehensive training for new staff, a prepared curriculum, small class sizes, and western management. We are looking for an energetic and fun individual who is ready to make a positive impact on students across various age groups, from kindergarten to adults.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging classes for students from kindergarten to adults
- Provide feedback to students, parents, and staff
- Foster a positive learning environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- CELTA or equivalent certification
- Native English Speaker
- Five-day workweek (the schedule includes weekends)
- Up to 5 contact hours on weekdays
- Up to 7 contact hours on weekends
- Salary of at least 60,000 baht per month
- 50,000 baht annual bonus upon completing a one-year contract
- Quarterly bonuses based on company performance
- 10 days off per year after a 3-month probation period, plus Thai holidays
- Visa and work permit provided; the company covers the costs
- Comprehensive training and prepared curriculum
