About this position
Position Overview
We are seeking native English teachers for a full-time position at our academy in Gwacheon. The ideal candidates are enthusiastic about delivering meaningful lessons to students in Grades 1-8. The teaching environment is supportive and fosters creativity, critical thinking, and strong student-teacher relationships.
Start Date
November/December 2026
Working Days & Hours
- Monday to Friday, with all national holidays off
- Working hours vary between 2:00 PM and 9:50 PM, depending on the day
- Teaching hours start at 2:30 PM
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Korea
- Currently residing in Korea
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of 2.8 million KRW/month, based on experience and interview
- Optional housing provided
- Severance pay after a 1-year contract
- Split pension, health insurance, and occupational safety/health insurance
- 11-15 paid vacation days per year with flexible scheduling
