Native English Speaking ESL Teachers

Job Overview

JSM International Education is seeking enthusiastic native English-speaking teachers to lead engaging on-site ESL classes in Shanhua, Tainan. This is a great opportunity for experienced ESL educators who are passionate about teaching young learners ages 6–14 in Taiwan.

Position Details

• Two part-time positions
• Location: Dacheng Elementary School, Shanhua District, Tainan City, Taiwan
• Position Type: Part-Time, In-Person
• Compensation: NT$700 per hour plus performance-based bonuses

Teaching Schedule

Summer Term (July–August)

• Morning sessions: 9:00–11:00 AM (Fridays)
• Afternoon sessions: 2:30–5:30 PM (Wednesdays and Fridays)

Fall Semester (September–January)

• Afternoon sessions: 2:30–5:30 PM (Wednesdays and Fridays)

All teaching materials will be provided.

Required Qualifications

• Native English speaker (based on nationality)
• Valid work permit and ARC (Marriage Type) or APRC
• One-term or semester commitment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• TEFL or equivalent teaching certification
• Prior ESL teaching experience in Taiwan
