Music Teacher for English Immersion Program
About this position
Bangkok Christian College is looking for a qualified Music Teacher to join our English Immersion Program. The role involves teaching music to students in primary grades 2 through 6.
Responsibilities
- Deliver basic vocal instruction
- Teach students about different instrument families
- Engage students with hands-on activities related to pitch, rhythm, and music notation
- Play the recorder and keyboard
- Assist in organizing the annual variety show, where students perform musical pieces
Requirements
- At least two years of experience working with young learners
- A relevant four-year bachelor's degree in music
- Native English proficiency
- Applicants from the UK, Ireland, the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, China, and the Philippines are encouraged to apply, with specific conditions for the last two nationalities
- Original education diplomas, certificates, and letters of recommendation
- Eligibility to apply for a Thai teaching license
Contract
A one-year contract from July 2026 to March 2027 is required.
