General Candidate Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree (any major, unless specified)
• Minimum two years full-time teaching experience (non-negotiable for most positions)
• 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification where required

IB PYP Homeroom Teacher

• Requirements: Bachelor's degree (education or related major); experience in child education; knowledge of IB PYP curriculum and standards; PYP teaching experience preferred; educator mindset, passion, patience, team spirit. Qualified Teacher Status is essential for higher salaries and older kindergarten levels (4–6 years).

Homeroom Kindergarten Teacher — Futian, Shenzhen

• Requirements:
  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in a teachable subject
  • At least one year teaching experience with children aged 2–6
  • Familiarity with constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, and culturally responsive pedagogy
  • Energetic, patient, responsible with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsibilities:

• Location: Dongguan, Guangdong
• Salary: 25k–35k

Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher — Nanshan, Shenzhen

• Start Date: ASAP / February–March 2026
• Location: Nanshan, Shenzhen
• Salary package: 25k–30k monthly (before tax); fully paid in summer & winter holidays
• Main responsibilities: Teach 2–3 classes as arranged, prepare lesson plans and special courses, monitor children’s progress, assist Chinese teacher with class management and parent communication
• Requirements: Native English speaker from Canada, US, UK, New Zealand, Australia, or Ireland; Bachelor’s degree or above; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA 120 hours or above; love children; punctual and enthusiastic; two years' related teaching experience preferred; clean criminal record.
• Working hours: 5 days/week, 8:00–17:00 (lunch 12:00–13:00)

SIPC Homeroom Teacher — Nanshan (Xili Lake)

• School type: International kindergarten/primary
• Position: Early years kindergarten homeroom teacher (age 3–5)
• Working hours/days: 8:00–16:30
• Requirements: Native English speaker from USA/UK/Canada/Australia/New Zealand; early years education degree or above; 2 years' experience; must be in China
