Montessori Early Childhood Teacher

Earl Montessori and Creativity Center is seeking a dedicated Montessori Guide Teacher. There is one available position with a start date in early October 2026. The role is based at Earl Montessori in Ratchaburi, conveniently located along the Ratchaburi Bypass Road.

Responsibilities

• Guide children’s learning in a Montessori environment
• Prepare learning materials and the classroom
• Communicate with parents
• Collaborate with the teaching team
• Manage young children aged approximately 1.3 to 3.5 years
• Ensure their safety and well-being
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the school

Qualifications

• Female, aged 23 to 35
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• At least one year of experience in education or childcare is required
• Montessori experience is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and listening skills in English are essential
• Native English speakers are highly preferred
• The ideal candidate should love working with children, be responsible and eager to learn, and have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
