Learning Support Teacher

TSI International School is seeking a passionate and committed Learning Support Teacher to join our Wongwianyai Primary Campus from August 2026. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting students with EAL, Literacy, Mathematics, and SEN needs through targeted interventions, in-class support, and collaboration with teachers and families.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with EAL and/or SEN students
• Have a good understanding of the UK Curriculum
• Be confident delivering differentiated interventions in Literacy and Mathematics
• Have experience using structured phonics programmes (e.g. Jolly Phonics)
• Be collaborative, adaptable, and organised
• Be a positive communicator who works well as part of a team
• Be committed to inclusive education and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting student assessments and tracking progress
• Planning and delivering personalised interventions
• Supporting students through small-group, one-to-one, and in-class support
• Writing and reviewing IEPs and IBSPs
• Collaborating with teachers, leaders, and parents
• Supporting whole-school inclusion initiatives and parent workshops

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Education or recognised teaching qualification
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
• Experience with the UK Curriculum preferred
• Experience in Learning Support, EAL, or SEN is highly desirable

Contract:

• 2-year contract (1st August 2026 – 31st July 2028)
