The 2026/2027 application period is now OPEN! We know you have been thinking about teaching English in Spain for a while. With Gloading, you can move to Spain and become a Language Assistant. We handle the logistics so you can focus on living.

Life in Spain: What will you do?
- Lead conversational activities with students, plan lessons, and share your culture and language through engaging and fun activities.
- Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek for maximum freedom and more time to travel.
- Earn a monthly stipend of €800–€1,000 for 14–16 hours of work per week, depending on the region and placement. Payments are managed by the Regional Education Authorities.
Requirements to join Gloading:
- Have a passport from the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, NQF7, Associate’s, or equivalent in any subject, or be enrolled in at least the second year of your university degree.
- Be under 59 by January 1, 2027.
- Have a clean background check, as you will be working with minors.
- No previous teaching experience required.
