Kindergarten Supervisor

We are seeking passionate and qualified female native English homeroom teachers to join our team for the upcoming academic year. Positions are available at Kindergarten and Primary levels. We are also recruiting an experienced and qualified Kindergarten Supervisor at Chindamanee School.

Start Date: 31st March 2025

Location: Chindamanee School, Chomthong (Near BTS Talat Phlu & The Mall Lifestore Thapra)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:40 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: 55,000 Baht/month (Negotiable for Non-Native Speakers)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support kindergarten teachers in curriculum implementation and classroom management.
• Ensure adherence to early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Develop and oversee lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment for young children.
• Conduct teacher training and professional development programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring individualized support as needed.

Requirements

• Native English speaker with a passport from the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa.
• Non-Native Speakers: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a kindergarten or early childhood education setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum planning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate teachers and staff.
