Kindergarten Subject Teacher - Pyeongchon

Position Details

• Student ages: Kindergarten 5–7 years; Elementary Grades 1–3
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (includes lesson preparation and a 1-hour lunch break)
• Salary: negotiable
• Teaching experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; specialization in Education preferred
• TEFL certificate required if no Education degree
• Must be a citizen of a country where English is the primary language or hold an F visa

Daily Schedule

• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Prep time
• 10:00 AM – 11:50 AM: Subject classes (Kindergarten Play n Learn, ISP, ILP, theme workshop, coding)
• 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch
• 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Subject classes
• 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Break
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Elementary / KG PM class

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver subject classes for kindergarten and lower elementary students
• Prepare lesson materials and classroom activities
• Work collaboratively with other staff and participate in school programs and workshops

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Education specialization preferred
• TEFL certificate required if candidate does not hold an Education degree
• Teaching experience preferred
• Must be a citizen of a country where English is the primary language or hold an F visa
