Anuban Phayao School (Primary Government School) in Phayao, Thailand is seeking Kindergarten homeroom teachers to join our team beginning 1 May 2026. Vacancy: 3 positions.
Role Overview
As a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher, you will be the primary English-speaking role model for children aged 3 to 6. You will work hand-in-hand with a Thai co-teacher to manage the classroom, ensure student safety, and deliver lessons that focus on foundational English, social skills, and physical development. Your goal is to create a "home away from home" where children feel confident to explore and speak English.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons for children aged 3–6.
- Collaborate closely with a Thai co-teacher to manage classroom routines and student safety.
- Promote social, emotional, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Create a welcoming, supportive classroom environment that encourages English use.
Qualifications
- Female foreign teacher (as stated in the vacancy).
- Nurturing and patient.
- Energetic and creative.
- Culturally sensitive and a team player.
- Adaptable to a school environment in Thailand.
