Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Treehouse Montessori Learning Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children (3-4 years old) and a strong understanding of child development. Montessori experience is considered a significant advantage.

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
• Foster curiosity, independence, and creativity in young learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child’s holistic development.
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and a positive atmosphere.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification/license (preferred).
• Experience working with children aged 2-4.
• Montessori training/experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
