Kindergarten ESL Teacher Shenzhen Guangzhou

About the Role

As a Kindergarten ESL Teacher, you will work with children aged 2 to 6, helping them build confidence and communication skills through fun, interactive lessons. You will be part of a supportive teaching team, with one to three local teaching assistants in each class.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, age-appropriate English lessons
• Foster a fun, safe, and positive learning environment
• Manage classroom routines and encourage student participation
• Track student progress and provide feedback
• Contribute to classroom decoration and teaching materials

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 1 to 2 hour lunch break)
• 40 working hours per week, weekends off
• Start Date: Peak intake: August 2026. Other start times are also available.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 12,000 to 20,000 CNY per month

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (no major restriction)
• Native English speaker from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate, or 2 years of teaching experience
• Clean criminal background check
• Teaching experience with young children (ages 2 to 6) is preferred, but applicants without prior experience are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners in a diverse, multicultural setting
