Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced native English-speaking Homeroom/ESL Teacher to join our kindergarten team in Shenyang. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate English lessons and taking charge of daily homeroom management for young children, creating a positive, lively, and interactive bilingual learning environment.
Working Details
- Student Age: 2.5–6 years old
- Class Size: 15–20 children per class (small-class teaching)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Days Off: Full weekends off (stable schedule, no weekend work)
- Teaching Resources: Complete official teaching materials fully provided by the school
Requirements
- Nationality: Native English speaker (US/UK candidates highly preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of formal early childhood/English teaching experience
- Personal Traits: Patient, energetic, child-loving, responsible, and skilled in interacting with young children
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 18,000–20,000 RMB after tax
- Housing Allowance: 2,000 RMB/month
- Visa Support: Official legal Chinese work visa fully provided
