Kindergarten English Teacher

About the Role

As a Kindergarten ESL Teacher, you will work with children aged 2–6 years old, helping them build confidence and communication skills through fun and interactive lessons. You will be part of a supportive teaching team with 1–3 local assistants in each class.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, age-appropriate English lessons
• Foster a fun, safe, and positive learning environment
• Manage classroom routines and encourage student participation
• Track student progress and provide feedback
• Contribute to classroom decoration and teaching materials

Working Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with 1–2 hours lunch break)

40 working hours/week, weekends off

• Salary range 12,000–20,000 CNY/month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any major)
• From a native English-speaking country (the US, the UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa)
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 2 years of teaching experience
• No criminal record
• Friendly, flexible, and passionate about working with children
• Applicants without teaching experience are welcome — training is provided!
