We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic English teachers to join our partner kindergartens across China, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Beijing, and other Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. About the Role
As a Kindergarten ESL Teacher, you will work with children aged 2 to 7, helping them build confidence and communication skills through fun, interactive lessons. You will be part of a supportive teaching team, with one to three local teaching assistants in each class.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, age-appropriate English lessons
- Foster a fun, safe, and positive learning environment
- Manage classroom routines and encourage student participation
- Track student progress and provide feedback
- Contribute to classroom decoration and teaching materials
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1 to 2 hour lunch break
- 40 working hours per week
- Weekends off
Start Date
Peak intake: February 2027. Other start times are also available.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 12,000 to 20,000 CNY per month

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Education, Linguistics, or Psychology preferred)
- Native English speaker from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate
- Teaching experience with young children (ages 2 to 6) is preferred
- Clean criminal background check
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and inspire young learners in a diverse, multicultural setting
