About this position
Blue Ridge International School in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is seeking qualified foreign teachers for its International Program and Kindergarten.
International Program TeacherResponsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the primary curriculum (Common Core / NGSS / Singapore Maths).
- Ensure learning objectives are met for primary students.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to school standards and policies.
- Support research and development initiatives.
- Participate in school events, outings, and celebrations.
- Monitor students and ensure their safety.
- Promote students' academic, personal, and social development.
- Communicate effectively with parents as needed.
Requirements
- BA in English or a relevant field; CELTA / TESOL / TEFL certification.
- Preferably experienced in teaching Primary or Secondary education.
- Strong classroom management skills and familiarity with varied teaching methods.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; creative, organized, and responsible.

Responsibilities
- Teach English to preschool children aged 18 months to 6 years.
- Deliver play-based learning using songs, storytelling, and interactive games.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Manage the classroom environment and encourage use of English in daily routines.
- Monitor and document children's progress.
- Collaborate with Vietnamese teachers and teaching assistants.
- Participate in school events and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Native English speaker from Canada, US, UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
- TESOL / TEFL certification and a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education.
- Understanding of childcare and ability to work well with local teachers.
- Creative, flexible, patient, and culturally sensitive.
- Preferred experience in kindergarten teaching and strong classroom management skills.
