IGCSE High School Teacher

Mataneedol International School in Khon Kaen is seeking enthusiastic native English-speaking teachers to join our team as High School IGCSE teachers in Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics. This is a full-time position starting in May 2026. You will work in a positive, multicultural environment alongside experienced foreign and Thai teachers.

Curriculum & Teaching Load

• Approximately 18 lessons per week, covering the Oxford IGCSE Curriculum.
• Biology topics: cell structure, photosynthesis, ecology, inheritance, and homeostasis.
• Chemistry topics: atomic structure, bonding, chemical reactions, and organic chemistry.
• Mathematics topics: arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver IGCSE lessons and weekly lesson plans.
• Prepare assessments and maintain classroom displays.
• Organize an annual science project.
• Provide class cover when needed.
• Attend daily morning assembly and participate in school events.

Qualifications

• Native English speakers from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Minimum 4-year university degree in a relevant subject.
• TEFL certificate is required.
• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Enthusiastic, patient, professional, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 07:45–16:00.
