IGCSE A Level Biology Teacher

SKT International School City Campus is seeking a Biology teacher for IGCSE and A-Level courses.

Qualifications

• Appropriate bachelor degree, or other teaching qualification giving QTS
• Minimum three years teaching experience
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE)
• Have a passion for teaching

Responsibilities

• Understand the curriculum and develop schedules, lesson plans, and teaching methods to help students cover required content
• Prepare and deliver lessons that are stimulating and clear
• Educate students on lab safety and ensure all experiments are carried out responsibly
• Set up tests, assignments, and experiments, and grade students fairly
• Ensure appropriate resources and consultation times are available to students
• Mentor and provide support to student teachers
• Attend staff and parent meetings, conferences, workshops, and other continuing education programs
