IB School Teachers in Suzhou

IB International K15 School in Suzhou, Jiangsu, is hiring for August 2027. The school offers 12 months' pay.

Location: Huqiu District, Suzhou. The school bus goes to the SIP area of Suzhou every day.

Vacancies:

• EY homeroom teacher (salary: 23,000-26,000 RMB before tax)
• MYP & DP Japanese teacher (salary: 24,000-28,000 RMB before tax)
• MYP & DP Maths teacher (salary: 26,000-30,000 RMB before tax)

Employment Package:

• Housing allowance: 5,000 RMB per month for a single teacher, 7,000 RMB per month for a couple
• Airfare at the beginning and end of the contract, plus an annual air travel allowance including dependents
• Shipping allowance at the beginning and end of the contract (up to 7,000 each)

The role of the English A Teacher:

• This is a full-time position to teach High School Psychology and Middle School English.
• The teacher will teach High School Psychology and Middle School English classes in both the IB Diploma Programme and the Middle Years Programme.
• The teacher will also serve as an Extended Essay supervisor, Personal Project supervisor, and CAS project supervisor as needed.
• The teacher will work collaboratively with other members of the English Language Department to plan and implement the school's Language Policy.
• The teacher will complete the necessary ongoing professional development required to teach the subject at both the DP and MYP level.
