IB PYP Homeroom Teacher

The International Schools of North America - Saigon South in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is seeking a qualified and experienced IB PYP Homeroom Teacher. This is a full-time, permanent position beginning on August 3, 2026. The successful candidate will help foster a safe, inquiry-based learning environment focused on whole-child development.

Responsibilities

• Teach the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
• Engage in co-curricular activities and contribute to the academic and pastoral life of the school.
• Deliver an inquiry-based curriculum and collaborate in planning meetings across grade levels and subjects.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management.
• Use digital tools for instruction, assessment, and communication.
• Work with parents and participate in school community events.
• Support professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education (required).
• Master's degree (preferred).
• Minimum two years' experience teaching the IB PYP or experience in a similar international school setting.
