About this position
We are seeking native English-speaking homeroom teachers to teach English, Math, and STEAM for Grades 2, 5, and 6 at The Demonstration School of Silpakorn University.
- Program: English Program — Homeroom teachers for Grades 2, 5, and 6
- Subjects: English, Math, STEAM
- Salary: 50,000 THB per month
- Start date: 1 May 2026
- Job type: Full-time (Maximum 18 hours per week)
- Contract: 1 year (extension considered based on evaluation)
- Workplace: Elementary Department, The Demonstration School of Silpakorn University, Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor degree or higher (education-related degree a plus)
- Basic knowledge of elementary student development
- Basic knowledge of elementary education
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with students, parents, and co-workers
- Flexible in work duties
- 1–3 years of teaching experience is a plus
- Teach 18 hours per week (English, Math, STEAM)
- Organise students during morning homeroom, break, and lunch times
- Observe and evaluate student development
- Participate in orientations twice a year
- Prepare notes after teaching
- Attend meetings and training sessions
- Participate in school events and activities
- Other assigned responsibilities

Please note that successful applicants who are currently in Thailand will likely need to leave the country and re-enter with a Non-Immigrant Type B (Teaching in Thailand) visa; applicants based outside Thailand must apply for the visa before travelling. For Non-B visas, teachers must cover the cost of the visa process while the school can support with documents. For work permits, the school will cover the cost of a 1-year work permit (3,100 baht).
