Position Details

  • Role: Homeroom Teacher
  • Contract Period: 2026.10.01~2027.09.30
  • Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Compensation: Starting from 3,000,000 KRW (competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications)
  • Housing Allowance: 700,000 KRW
  • Payment Schedule: Monthly
  • Holidays: 20 working days, including legal annual leave to be taken during scheduled vacation periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of classroom teaching and student activities
  • Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and provide performance updates
  • Prepare and send official classroom letters, daily reports, and updates
  • Conduct parent-teacher conferences twice a year
  • Submit weekly lesson plans
  • Maintain an effective classroom environment
  • Collaborate with Korean teachers for school events and activities
  • Host monthly birthday parties and conduct after-school classes
  • Facilitate academic activities to support student development

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Teaching credentials from America, Canada, or the U.K. are advantageous
  • Preferably recent teaching experience in Korea with children
  • Familiarity with current instructional strategies and early childhood education best practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in office software and assistive technologies
  • Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment for diverse backgrounds
  • Basic familiarity with office and video equipment
