Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons in English that build student confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, learning objectives, and teaching materials aligned with school policies.
• Design and administer assessments, mark assignments and exams, and provide timely feedback in compliance with institutional and governmental guidelines.
• Monitor individual and class performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Participate in training programs to strengthen teaching methods, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
• Support school-wide events such as open houses and orientations to promote a strong academic community and build connections with students and families.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to teach Mathematics in English to high school students (ages 15–19).
• Preferred English proficiency: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, or IELTS 6.5+.
• Strong curriculum design skills, with experience in lesson planning and syllabus development.
• Solid understanding of student assessment and educational evaluation practices.
• Cultural awareness and a commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning environment for all students.
