High School Math Teacher

The American School of Bangkok Green Valley is seeking a High School Math Teacher to develop students' critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and mathematical fluency.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, differentiated lessons that address the diverse learning needs of students, incorporating real-world applications, interactive activities, and technology to enhance understanding.
• Use regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster interdisciplinary connections and support students’ overall academic and personal growth.
• Commit to daily mindfulness and meditation practice for personal and professional development (at least 15 minutes per day), in line with the school's direction.
• Your teaching load shall not exceed 30 teaching periods per week.
• Courses include Pre-AP Geometry, Pre Calculus, AP Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus AB.

• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and support interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Daily practice of mindfulness and meditation (minimum 15 minutes per day).
