High School Math & English Teachers

Bangkok Christian College EIP is recruiting four qualified teachers for the English Immersion Program for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions are initially one-year contracts with long-term opportunities available. The positions begin on 5 May. Interviews will begin presently; applicants must be in Thailand and available for in-person or online interviews.

Positions

• Two Mathematics teachers: Grades 8 and 12
• Two English teachers: Grades 9 and 10

Responsibilities

• Teach 24 forty-minute periods per week
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm (early finish 3:15 pm on Fridays)
• Attend a small number of parent meetings and school events on weekends (typically two or three times a year)
• Begin employment on 5 May

Requirements

• Native English speaker from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject area
• Teaching credentials are strongly encouraged (e.g. MEd, PGCE, or PGCEi)
• Minimum two years’ high school teaching experience, preferably in Thailand
• Applicants must already be in Thailand and available to begin on 5 May
• Able to provide original education diplomas, certificates, passport, and transcripts at the initial interview (no exceptions)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: 73,000–75,000 Baht/month for those with a teaching qualification
• Salary: 59,000 Baht/month for those without the above qualification
• 40,000 Baht bonus awarded upon completion of the contract (calculated pro rata based on joining date)
• Yearly increment: up to 3,000 Baht/month added to base salary each year
• 12-month contract with at least 8 weeks of paid holidays in March/April, October and December, plus all Thai public holidays (paid)
