We are holding interviews now for qualified English teachers to work in kindergartens and public primary, middle and high schools across China. We welcome teachers who enjoy inspiring young learners to join our creative team. Our aim is to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports children’s social, emotional and cognitive development while fostering creativity, curiosity and a love of learning.
Teachers will use a variety of engaging materials and methods including group work, music, activities, performances and art projects. Communicating with parents to provide periodic feedback is also part of the role. Teachers work Monday to Friday with evenings and weekends off, plus long summer and winter vacations.
Program Highlights

Locations
Interviews are being held for teaching positions in over 30 major cities across China. Examples include:
- East coast: Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Suzhou
- West/central: Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi’an
- North/Inner Mongolia: Baotou, Hohhot
Teach English in Beijing
Beijing is the nation’s political, economic, cultural and educational center. Located in northern China, it offers abundant events in music, fashion and art.
Teach English in Shanghai
Known as the "Pearl of the Orient," Shanghai is an international metropolis blending Eastern and Western cultures with vibrant shopping, dining and nightlife alongside pockets of tradition.
Teach English in Shenzhen
Shenzhen, in Guangdong Province near Hong Kong, has rapidly developed into one of China’s wealthiest and most dynamic cities, offering insight into contemporary China.
Responsibilities
- Maximum of 25 teaching hours per week with weekends off
- Student ages: 3 to 18 (depending on type of school)
- Class size: 20 to 30 students
- Deliver the English language curriculum
- Use creative, interactive teaching strategies to engage students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Ensure teaching materials and resources are up-to-date, organized and accessible
Compensation
- Monthly salary: 18,000 to 35,000 RMB depending on qualifications, experience, location and school type
- Flight, visa document and hotel reimbursement on arrival
- Support with finding an apartment to rent
- 11 Chinese public holidays + 1 month winter & 2 months summer vacation
- Legal Z work visa provided

- Contract renewal bonus: 5,000 RMB

Requirements
- Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree or above required
- TEFL, CELTA or teaching license certificate
- Previous teaching experience with young learners preferred but not required (full training provided)
- Cultural sensitivity, awareness and willingness to explore other cultures
