• Future Park Rangsit Branch & Secon Square Srinakarin Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Recruit and onboard new corporate training teachers
  • Provide orientation and mentorship to ensure readiness
• Teacher Management
  • Assign and manage teacher schedules
  • Ensure classes run smoothly and meet client expectations
  • Oversee teaching materials and related documentation
• Evaluation & Development
  • Support class observations and give performance feedback
  • Promote teacher development and respond to student concerns
• Teaching Support
  • Substitute and teach classes when needed
• Administration & Quality Assurance
  • Track teaching hours for payroll
  • Analyze student satisfaction and lead improvement actions
  • Support other academic tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
• TEFL/TESOL certification required (CELTA is a plus)
• At least 5 years of English teaching experience or experience in teacher management
• Background in teacher mentoring or academic coordination is preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle fast-paced tasks effectively
• Able to work at both branches, depending on position location

5-day work week (2 days off during weekdays).

VISA and WP provided.

3 months probation. After passing probation, benefits will be provided by AUA.
