Head of ISP Primary Program

Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP) in Bangkok is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader for the position of Head of ISP Primary Program. This full-time role offers a salary of at least ฿85,000 per month and involves leading the development and implementation of our newly launched International Signature Program (ISP) Primary.

Role Overview

The Head of ISP Primary Program will be responsible for building a new program from the ground up, leading and developing a teaching team, teaching students directly, establishing effective systems, and working collaboratively with academic and school leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a developing environment, identifying needs, initiating projects, making decisions, managing resources, and turning ideas into implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and day-to-day implementation of the ISP Primary program.
• Translate the ISP Primary vision into practical programs and systems.
• Initiate and lead new academic projects and improve existing structures.
• Teach classes and model effective teaching strategies.
• Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Mentor teachers and coordinate professional development.
• Contribute to budgeting and resource management.
• Engage with students and parents, ensuring a positive learning experience.
• Coordinate program operations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Significant primary school teaching experience.
• Experience in an international school or bilingual program is desirable.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
