Role Overview

The Guidance Counselling and User Support Associate will work with students, parents, and counselors to ensure an engaging experience across ULIO and ULIO Premium. The role focuses on student engagement, mentoring coordination, platform guidance, and admissions process support, ensuring students use ULIO tools effectively while receiving structured mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Student Guidance & Mentoring Support
    • Guide students in exploring career interests and academic pathways using ULIO tools
    • Assist students in understanding global university admission processes
    • Support planning for extracurricular activities, projects, and profile building
    • Provide guidance on test preparation planning (SAT, ACT, IELTS, etc.)
    • Coordinate with senior counselors for ULIO Premium mentoring sessions
  • User Support & Platform Assistance
    • Help students and parents navigate ULIO platform features
    • Provide onboarding support for new ULIO and ULIO Premium users
    • Assist with tools such as career forecasting, university discovery, task planner, test prep modules, and profile building
    • Respond to user queries via email, chat, and calls
  • Student Engagement & Progress Tracking
    • Monitor student engagement and activity on the platform
    • Track profile-building, application, and mentoring milestones
    • Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and application timelines
    • Identify students needing additional support or intervention
  • Admissions Process Coordination
    • Organize counseling sessions with ULIO mentors
    • Support application planning and timeline management
    • Coordinate document submissions, essay support, recommendation letters, and profile reviews
  • Event & Program Support
    • Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and student engagement events
    • Support ULIO Premium mentoring programs and follow-ups after sessions
    • Assist with school outreach initiatives
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of student progress and engagement
    • Update CRM systems and progress trackers
    • Provide feedback to product and counseling teams on usability and recurring issues

  • Student Success: support profile-building, test preparation, and application milestones
  • User Experience: deliver high-quality support for students and parents
  • Program Coordination: ensure smooth execution of mentoring sessions and workshops

  • Active student percentage and login frequency
  • Task completion rate
  • Average response time to queries and satisfaction scores
  • Participation and attendance in mentoring sessions and events
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM records and timely reporting

  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Background in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Business, or Communications
    • Experience in student counseling, EdTech, customer success, or education consulting
    • Familiarity with international education systems and university admissions
