Grade 4 Homeroom Teacher
King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang International Demonstration School
About this position
KMIDS seeks a student-centered Grade 4 Homeroom Teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, foster a positive classroom environment, and support student development. Strong pedagogy, classroom management, collaboration, and technology integration are required.
KMIDS is seeking an experienced Grade 4 Teacher to join a small team of passionate educators developing the Elementary Program. KMIDS Elementary is an English-medium international school program primarily serving Thai students. The curriculum follows Common Core learning outcomes and adopts a thematic, inquiry-based approach in the elementary years.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to contribute to establishing best practices within a growing school environment. The program is currently in its development phase, with small class sizes of approximately 12–15 students per grade level, allowing for a strong focus on individualized learning. KMIDS Elementary is well-resourced, maintains a low student-to-staff ratio, and plans to pursue WASC accreditation in the future.
Only licensed elementary teachers with experience teaching upper primary, preferably Grade 4, in a national or international English-medium school should apply. Experience with PYP or similar inquiry-based frameworks is an advantage.
