Locations

• Central Seoul areas: Gangnam, Seocho, Hannam, and Itaewon.
• Seocho GATE: Clean and modern facilities with easy access to Gangnam lines 2 and 3, the Red Shin-Bundang Line, the Seoul Arts Center, Costco, and Gangnam-daero (Gangnam BLVD).

Position Details

• GATE homeroom positions: 2.90 million won and up, plus housing for applicants who meet the GATE HR position qualifications.
• Teachers may choose the non-housing stipend option and receive 600,000 won on top of the monthly salary listed above, for a total of 3.5 million won per month and up.
• Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Start date: Early January.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience in Korea at ESL academies or comparable positions.
• Applicants who are not in Korea, or who do not have an E2, D10, or F-series visa, will need to submit pictures of the following items: background check with apostille, degree with apostille, and passport page.
• Native English speakers only with citizenship from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa, and E2/D10/F-series visa status or documents for E2 visa sponsorship.
• F-series visa applicants must have documents for registration with the Korean Education Office.
