Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic ESL lessons for students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
- Create interactive activities that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and school events.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in teacher training, workshops, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, English, Linguistics, or related field preferred).
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent).
- Native or near-native English proficiency.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to life in Taiwan.
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage; motivated newcomers are welcome.
