Arkon Education Group is currently hiring full-time English teachers for its Language Centers in Khujand, Tajikistan. Arkon has been operating in the education sector of Tajikistan since 2012 and today the company includes:

• Five Language Centers
• Five Preschools
• Arkon Middle School, a candidate school for the International Baccalaureate (IB)

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate is:

• a native-level English speaker
• professional, energetic, and responsible
• confident in teaching English as a foreign language
• able to create effective, engaging, and student-centered lessons
• committed to helping students make measurable progress

Qualifications

• CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent teaching qualification
• a degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
• at least one year of teaching experience preferred
• experience teaching young learners, teenagers, or adults
• experience in IELTS, TOEFL, or exam preparation is an advantage
• strong communication and classroom management skills
