Full Time Early Childhood English Teacher

Eco Kids Academy in Linkou, New Taipei City, Taiwan, is actively seeking enthusiastic and professional native English-speaking teachers to join our team. We follow the Reggio Emilia Approach and are looking for educators who can bring creativity, consistency, and genuine care to our full-English early childhood classrooms.

Position Details

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break.
• Teaching hours: 20 hours per week.
• Paid office hours for lesson planning, documentation, and collaboration using the Reggio Emilia Approach.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: NT$65,000-NT$70,000 per month, depending on education and experience.
• Bonus: NT$1,000 for perfect attendance.
• Work permit, health and labor insurance, and daily lunch provided.
• Contract completion and renewal bonuses, red envelopes, year-end party prizes, and paid time off after six months.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• TEFL, CELTA, certTESOL, DELTA, or a valid teaching license preferred.
• At least one year of teaching experience is strongly preferred, especially in early childhood or in Taiwan.
• Ability to lead child-led inquiry classes, use engaging ESL activities, and maintain a dynamic, positive classroom environment.

Student Age Group

• Children aged 2 to 5 years.

Start Date

• July 15, 2026, including a half-month paid teacher training program to support your success.
