Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood preferred), or a BA with TESOL/TEFL certification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience. Specific experience with the Early Years (ages 2-4) is a significant advantage.
• Gender: Female NES (Native English Speaker) preferred.

General Duties

• Design and implement active learning lesson plans based on the OwlAble Wit Creative Curriculum.
• Foster 21st-century skills through simulated environments and direct sensory experiences.
• Monitor and document the developmental milestones of students aged 2-4 years.
