Experienced ESL Teacher in Taipei

We are offering a well-compensated, stable teaching position for the upcoming academic year. This role is designed for teachers who are already confident in the classroom and value a structured, consistent teaching environment.

Located near Dazhi MRT Station (Brown Line).

Compensation & Structure

• NT$750–1,200/hour (based on experience and licenses)
• Consistent weekly hours (12–24 hours)
• Performance bonuses (student retention & attendance)
• ARC, Work Permit, and National Health Insurance provided

Teaching Environment

• Small classes (8–12 students)
• Elementary-level learners
• Established American-based curriculum
• Stable schedule with fixed classes

This position is best suited to teachers who prefer well-managed classrooms, clear expectations, and long-term consistency.

Role Expectations

• Deliver structured, engaging lessons
• Maintain strong classroom management
• Adapt teaching to student needs while following the curriculum
• Provide clear, consistent feedback on student progress

Schedule

• Weekday afternoons and evenings (between 1:30 pm and 8:10 pm)
• 12–16 hrs (Part-time) or 18–24 hrs (Full-time)
• Start date: Late August 2026
• Contract: Aug 2026 – June 2027

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years of full-time ESL teaching experience
• TEFL / TESOL / CELT / Teaching License preferred
• Clean criminal background check
• Currently residing in Taiwan
