About Us

E-Gate / Elink Language Gate is a language education organization founded in 2007 and based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We provide foreign teacher programs, English projects, language center classes, and professional development services for partner schools in Vietnam.

We are now recruiting qualified Foreign English Teachers for the 2026–2027 academic year.

• Main locations: Hanoi City and Bac Ninh Province.
• Selected projects: An Giang Province and other provinces, depending on school assignments.

Teachers will normally be assigned to one main teaching location based on qualifications, experience, availability, and project requirements.

Teaching Locations

• Hanoi City: Primary / Secondary / High Schools / Language Center Classes
• Bac Ninh Province: Primary / Secondary Schools
• An Giang Province and selected provinces: School-based English projects

Job Description

• Teach English to students aged 6–18.
• Follow provided curriculum, lesson plans, and PowerPoint materials.
• Adapt lessons to different student levels and school contexts.
• Work with Vietnamese teaching assistants and school staff.
• Join school activities, English clubs, or events when required.

Working Schedule

• Full-time: daytime, mainly Monday–Friday and/or Saturday morning.
• Part-time: flexible schedule based on availability.
• Approx. 50–100 teaching hours per month depending on assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or equivalent certificate.
• Valid passport.
• Clean police check / criminal record.
• English certificate for non-native English-speaking teachers, if applicable.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidates

• Native English-speaking teachers: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa.
• European teachers with strong English proficiency.
• Teachers in Vietnam or overseas are welcome.
• Teachers with full documents ready for Work Permit processing.
• Teachers who are flexible with school/project assignments.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive monthly salary or hourly rate.
• Full-time salary package: up to 55,000,000 VND/month depending on workload, qualifications, and location.
• Work Permit / Visa / TRC support, subject to eligibility.
• Teaching materials and PowerPoint lessons provided.
• Vietnamese teaching assistants for school classes.
• HR and academic team support.
• Insurance / medical card support depending on contract type.
• Accommodation support may be considered for selected full-time assignments outside Hanoi.
