ESL Teachers for Premium Schools in Hanoi

Language Link Vietnam is looking for passionate ESL teachers to join our Premium Partner Schools in Hanoi for the upcoming Academic Year 2026-2027. We are currently interviewing for the new academic year starting in early August 2026. Apply now to secure a position with us.

• Monday to Friday fixed daytime schedule - no weekend classes
• Competitive pay up to 800,000 VND per teaching hour (up to 80,000,000 VND per month), based on experience, qualifications, and location
• Teach at one campus only - choose between My Dinh or Ha Dong, with no travel between sites
• Join a team of over 200 ESL teachers as part of Hanoi's premium public school program
• Start date:
  • Academic induction: Mid July 2026
  • Teaching: Early August 2026

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach the provided syllabus using ESL methods for secondary students.
• Create and facilitate engaging activities.
• Administer mid-term and final tests.
• Participate in mandatory monthly training workshops and meetings.
• Attend annual parent-teacher meetings.
• Communicate regularly with our team.

Required/Desired Qualifications

• Must be in Hanoi to conduct a face-to-face demo lesson (paid)
• At least 2 years of ESL teaching experience, preferably with ages 11-14
• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• A CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent teaching certificate (with teaching practicum preferred)
• Native English speaker or equivalent, with evidence of high English proficiency (equivalent to CEFR level C2)
• Clear police background certificate
• Two referees will be contacted
• Able to commit until the end of the academic year (31 May 2027)

• Teaching rates: up to 800,000 VND per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location)
