KILC College and our new private international primary school are seeking energetic professionals to join our teams this spring. Whether you want to help shape a new school or teach at the college level, we have a place for you.

Open Positions:

1. For the International Primary School (Founding Team):

• Founding Teachers: Help establish the academic culture and deliver high-quality instruction at our newly launched school.
• Admissions Representatives: Manage student recruitment, parent inquiries, and school promotion during the foundation stage.

2. For KILC College:

• ESL Teachers: Deliver engaging English language courses in a professional college environment.

Contract & Benefits:

• Salary range: $1,200+ per month.
• Duration: 6-12 month initial contract with long-term opportunities.
• Schedule: 5 working days per week (starting April 2026).
• Support: Free working visa and accommodation provided (utilities excluded).
• Travel: Flight reimbursement up to $500.

Requirements:

• English proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Experience in education, sales, or recruitment is highly preferred.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
